{"id":195,"date":"2022-12-25T22:02:15","date_gmt":"2022-12-25T22:02:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nigeriaradiostations.com\/blog\/?p=195"},"modified":"2022-12-25T22:02:15","modified_gmt":"2022-12-25T22:02:15","slug":"how-i-was-initiated-into-freemason-society","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nigeriaradiostations.com\/blog\/how-i-was-initiated-into-freemason-society\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;How I was initiated into Freemason society&#8221; &#8211; Hon Alexander Afenyo-Markin reveals, Deputy Majority Leader of Ghana Parliament."},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Member of Parliament (MP) for Effutu constituency, Hon Alexander Kwamena Afenyo-Markin, has revealed how he was initiated into the brotherhood, Freemason.<\/h3>\n<p>According to him, late former National Chairman of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), the late <strong>Haruna Esseku<\/strong>, was the one who led him to join the Freemason.<\/p>\n<p>The Effutu MP noted that Mr Esseku ensured that he rose through the ranks to hold a good position in the brotherhood.<br \/>\nMr Afenyo-Markin disclosed this in a tribute to the late Mr Esseku on Saturday, October 1, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe [Esseku] taught me the fine details of being a politician with an enviable code. He also showed me the doors to masonry and led my young hands into its hallowed chambers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIndeed, he laboured day and night to teach me that all squares and perpendiculars are perfect points to know a brother. He did not end there.
